经查证属实，在读的不受影响，2013年6月之后新就读的就没补助了～

Les auditrices et les auditeurs de même que les personnes qui suivent des cours d'apprentissage de langes ne sont pas admissibles au Programme de prêts et burses.

Toutefois, celles et ceux qui poursuivent à temps plein des études reconnues y sont admissibles même si certains cours correspondent à des cours d'apprentissages de langues.

我打电话问的结果：一个女士说不能，我说我有孩子，她说政府取消了，没问完电话断掉了；我接着再打，另外一个女士接的，说有6岁以下小孩可以申请，让我直接到办公室去办理

朋友在mcgill申请补助的学生中心问了3个小时，9月开学的是最后一次能够申请补助的，无论英语还是法语，对part-time学习都将取消补助。

没有补助这一说，似乎并不是空穴来风

4月27日开课的这一期，家里有6岁以下小孩还能申请financial aide，这一期课程到6月结束。

从9月份开始，无论是法语、还是英语的学习，即使家里有6岁以下小孩，也不能申请，政府已经取消。

我正在填申请表，一期学费将近600刀，两门课程，3个学分。3本书，全新的一共将近100刀，二手的也不便宜，一般要60刀。

交表以后材料齐全，处理需要8周时间。

这就是我本周在mcgill申请补助办公室得到的确切消息。

关键时刻还是要看英语资料呀，至少我是如此：

唯一找到的官方说法是：
Distance learning, second-language and aircraft piloting programs,
independent studies and vocational training do not
qualify under the Loans and Bursaries Program.

但是这几句话说的是魁省外，还是魁省也算，我还没法确定。
