不行，只能提前半年。CIC网站renew枫叶卡有要求。

提前 renew 等于是给政府送钱啊，本来 5 年期的票证收 50$ 的，这 tmd 4 年零 n 个月就卖了 50$.但卡在点上了，还是可以提前的好。
