PR Card not Received - Mailing Delays Have Not Passed
If you are waiting for your Permanent Resident Card (PR card), but that less thansix weeks have passed from the time the card was mailed to you, you must wait until this delay has passed.
After the six weeks have passed, if you still have not received your PR card, you will need to complete a Solemn Declaration and send it to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The address and fax number are provided at the bottom of that form.
The form is available on our website. You can print it and fill it out by hand. Visit our website to see how long it may take for you to receive your new card.
