Job Summary:
  • Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
  • The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database
  • Manages the client relationship and serves as a main point of contact.
  • Visits assigned clients to foster and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
  • Provides clients with thorough and timely quotes on all service proposals.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Attends and participates in meetings, conference calls, and seminars as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in relationship management.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management (preferred).
  • Excellent English language, grammar, and spelling skills for writing, editing, and proofreading, and orally communicating with clients
  • Language: MUST be fully fluent in English and Mandarin
