Main Purpose & Function
The Payroll Clerk I prepares, processes and maintains a variety of confidential hourly and salary payroll forms and　other records in a large, complex, high-volume environment.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Sets up, maintains and updates employee master records; processes employee changes from Staff Action Forms,using a computerized payroll system, and checks accuracy of data and calculations; maintains and monitors uxiliary/temporary employee hours and increments including manual pay and deduction calculations; compiles,processes information and prepares various payroll reports for such outside organizations as Statistics Canada and　the Pension Board; responds to enquiries and requests for information on earnings and other payroll-related matters from external agencies such as WCB and ICBC; may process manual payroll for a small group of non-union　employees; responds to payroll-related inquiries from employees and performs other varied clerical work, such as preparing correspondence and filing.

Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12 and several related payroll courses; completion of Canadian Payroll Association PCP　Certification would be a definite asset. Some payroll-related experience with hourly and salary payroll in a large　unionized environment; working knowledge of, and ability to apply, the organization's human resource guidelines and collective agreements pertaining to wage and salary administration, employee benefits and entitlements; ability to　maintain sustained attention to detail in preparing and recording payroll transactions; ability to make repetitive and　arithmetic calculations with speed and accuracy, co-ordinate priorities and adhere to rigid time schedules; competency　with PCs including various applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with the HR/Payroll module of SAP would　be an asset; ability to maintain effective working relationships and excellent customer service with employees,superiors, departmental officials and representatives from outside agencies; ability to use considerable tact and　diplomacy in dealing with sensitive and confidential information; ability to resolve payroll-related issues; work with　minimum supervision and within a team environment.

TekBusters Computers are hiring an IT support Technician for their busy South Surrey location.

Working with a diverse range of clients you will be helping with their day to day maintenance issues, troubleshooting problems and finding new IT solutions to their business needs. You will be responsible for planning and setting up new systems, documenting procedures and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

The work is varied and plenty of training will be given. From Windows server to a Linux desktop and everything in between. Configure email on an iPad or set up remote access to the office through an Android phone. The job will take you all over the lower mainland to clients offices and computer rooms. Experience counts but a can do attitude is vital here. You'll need to work well on your own onsite as well as in part of a team on larger projects.

Technical Requirements:
2 - 5 years related work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and Desktops (XP and Windows 7).
Basic network experience, TCP/IP, Wifi etc.
Experience with building PCs would be a plus.
Email server experience, Exchange etc would be a plus

Additional Requirements:
Must have full clean drivers license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, team and customer service skills.
Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and resourcefulness.

Desireable Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
MCP / MCSE qualified.
CCNA / Network + qualification.
Experience with Remote Management and Monitoring System (Kayesa, Labtech, N-Able etc).

Salary will depend on experience but it also includes a health plan, cell phone (or allowance) and a car (or mileage expenses).
