本人有个关于EI领取的问题,希望得到有心人士的帮助。问题是从EI的申请日期到你第一次拿到钱需要多长时间?如果得到原公司的补偿,是否要等这笔钱用完了才可以拿到EI？

属于WORK-SHARING 这个范畴。这是一个雇员、雇主和政府三方同时参于的一种EI方式。而参加的雇员至少要2人以上。详情请参看：

它的规定是，一般从申请日起28天内，但也要根据个案。如果是得到公司补偿，政府会根据你所得的补偿额和你以往每周平均的工资来计算，推延领取EI，最长是推延开始的3周。

我的父母EI马上就要拿完了，想申请读书的学费，但中侨的一CASE MANAGER说，我不能申请，因为我之前只做满600多小时，必须要900小时才行。不知，有没有TZ只做满600小时就可以申请的。

我觉得中侨说的，不知依据什么，难以理解。
有些拿父母EI的，是可以申请EI培训的，前提是你是否失业了，如果你拿完父母EI后，还可以回原单位工作，那就不是失业了，就不能获批。最好还是到政府部门问下为好。

是，正是如此打算的，另外虽然是可以回到原来公司做，但那样的工，我实在是不想干。我也有看到说，有的MANAGER不用公司的解雇信，好像也可以申请

EI是全加拿大的联邦劳工保险政策。
EI金额计算一般（有些是特殊的）是依据过去工作的52周内的小时总数和总收入；是所以交过EI的工作，现金工不包在内；只要是交过EI的工作都数在内，不分F/T和P/T 等。
