Living Room facing East probably one of the downsides.

Kitchen/bathroom might need an update but it's livable.

我不会买这种房子的，无论价格。前、后、左边的邻居都是双车库的，4bedroom的，就我是里面房子最小、lot最小、车库最小，价钱却可能是最贵的，尤其在国人聚集的地方，尤其是如果有小孩子的话。
