我不会买这种房子的,无论价格。前、后、左边的邻居都是双车库的,4bedroom的,就我是里面房子最小、lot最小、车库最小,价钱却可能是最贵的,尤其在国人聚集的地方,尤其是如果有小孩子的话。

80%以上的邻居是10年前买的,10年前,这个现在依然很偏僻的地方当时最贵的新房子估计也不会超过30万,现在你花60万买个里面最小的。

That's very productive.

Google maps will also show the houses to the right/across are all single car garage SFHs. That's the way Mattamy build communities. Double/Single garage detaches in-between for maximum number of properties.

Double car garage SFH in Bercey goes for 700k+ BTW.

我们家买房,定下价格、房型等等一大堆要求以后,我们只看满足要求的房子,然后要不要买,就看自己心里的感觉了,去社区走一走,室内逛一圈,想不想以此为家,基本就定下来了。客观+主观,换了几次房子,都居住的很愉快。

当然,我家是基督徒,不相信风水,同时也不懂投资,全家住得舒服最重要,所以少了很多考虑因素呢。

祝福你们找到一个舒适的家呢。
