如果楼主不是以征婚为目的的，那么也许找个和你差不多情况的男性同伴比较好（指单身带小孩出国的男同胞），这样相互照顾起来比较方便些。

本人已经登陆过加国，现准备长登。4岁半儿子只能留在国内，等我找到另一半再接过去。他妈妈前年去世了。

你说找另一半，但又说不是征婚，好象有点矛盾啊。难道有人会既做你的另一半，帮你照顾儿子，而又不要名分？

请教一下,您短登后,是拿到枫叶卡后再回来的,还是人先回来.如果这样,那枫叶卡是怎么拿到的,听说是不能寄的,是吗?我因为也要把儿子先送回来(不放心别人带回来,因为孩子比较不好带),然后自己再出去,不过卡怎么拿回来?真是苦恼

As far as i know, the immigration office will mail the maple card to your Canadian address you offer to them when you first enter the country. So you can come back to China and ask your friends in Can to re-mail it to you after they get the card. But before I landed last year, a new immigrant was asked to take the card himself but he was back to China already......Woh.....that is really a big problem for him!! Who knows what has happened! So for the sake of safety, i stayed there until I got the card, then I immediately flew back to China to handle the belated jobs....
By the way, it took me 3.5 weeks to get the card.
The obove experience is just for your reference. It may vary from case to case.
