记得在一次school board的面试中遇到这么个问题,通常大家都是问答:open talk, respect each oher....我也照旧说了,但是面试者不放过,继续追问“if it does not work ,what would u do?" 我的回答也就是大概的" turn to the supervisor". 看到2个面试者交换眼神。感觉他们不满意我的回答。这个问题是在每次面试中都遇到的,因为作为教育者,团队工作很重要,但是相处好很难。请教你们有更好的答案吗?

It seems that good examples are very important.There are a lot of types of conflicts while different people may choose different solutions, so there is no standard answer. To answer this question, the interviewee can show your experience with decribing situation, counteraction and result. It's better to prepare several examples beforehand if you have no confidence. However, skillful interviewers can still easily find whether they are true or not.
Regarding the question "if the open talk does not work ,what would u do?" There could be too many solutions.
1. You can consult your partners about whether you follow the right process. In most cases, new comers often make mistakes. Some people are nice, but some people will not be tolerent.
2. You can also choose another time if it is not the right time to resolve the conflicts. Maybe the guy is just irritable because of his sick kids.
3. Sometimes the conflict is because of the different department targets. It is very common in the corporate to find a balance between three conflicting parties. This can make the decision more considerate.
4. You can also choose to compromise if you have no chance to achieve your target this time, but you may win more if you leave proper terms to protect yourself.
Just brainstorm and read some books like gaming theory or Suntze, I believe you can find more. In most cases, three example are already enough.

Ohhh, thanks a lot.以我自己的面试经验来说,对于Behavior Question(就是那些面试常见问题,非专业类问题),是用来考察你的性格情商的,不在于你回答了什么,关键是反应快(对方提问后,可以有短暂的思考整理思路,但不能有长久的停顿)、能随机应变、多说废话(显得英语很流利、开朗健谈),只要能自圆其说就行。--个人意见,仅供参考。
