目前中铁集团斯里兰卡高速公路施工监理项目(4个标段团队)，紧急需要英语好、有6年高速公路建设经验的专业人员：学历本科及以上；职称中级及以上；具备15年（本科毕业以后）以上专业工作经历，和6年高速公路施工经验；熟悉菲迪克（FIDIC）相关条款，并且具备一定的英语交流能力。目前需要的岗位:

高级岩土施工工程师 (E5)；

材料专家 (E7)；

高级计量工程师 (E16)；

QA/QC质量工程师 (E22)。

薪资福利：

1. 年薪是税后40到50万人民币 (根据不同的岗位，年薪不同，一年有两次休假，共计48天) ；

Professionally qualified B.Sc. engineer or equivalent with minimum of 15 years’ experience, out of which 6 years’ experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in major road construction.

材料专家 (代码：E7)
E7 Material Specialist
Professionally qualified B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum of 15 years’ experience in highway design and construction, out of which 10 years’ experience in a tropical climate as a Materials Engineer in establishment and monitoring of the site based construction materials quality control and testing facilities, testing regimes and reporting system.

高级公路建设工程师 (代码：E10)
E10 Senior Highway Construction Engineer
Professionally qualified B.Sc. engineer or equivalent with minimum of 15 years experience in construction supervision and highway design, out of which 6 years experience shall be in contract supervision of expressways.

高级计量工程师 (代码：E16)
E16 Senior Quantity Surveyor
B.Sc. or equivalent quantity surveyor with minimum of 12 years in highway projects in claim assessment, assessment of extension of time, measurement and preparation of payment certificates for major road works contract, out of which 6 years in administration of contracts under FIDIC condition.

QA/QC质量工程师 (代码：E22)
E22 Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager
Professionally qualified B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum of 12 years experience in highway design and construction, out of which 10 years experience in a tropical climate as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager / Engineer in establishment and monitoring of the site based construction materials quality control and testing facilities, testing regimes and reporting system.

Senior Structural Engineer Construction
Professionally qualified B.Sc. Engineer or equivalent with minimum of 15 years’ experience, out of which 6 years’ experience in expressway construction as a Structural/Bridge Construction Supervision Engineer.

E7 材料专家（1人）
Material Specialist
Professionally qualified B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum of 15 years’ experience in highway design and construction, out of which 10 years’ experience in a tropical climate as a Materials Engineer in establishment and monitoring of the site based construction materials quality control and testing facilities, testing regimes and reporting system.

E14 驻地工程师（2人）
Resident Engineer
Professionally qualified B.Sc. Engineer or equivalent with minimum of 15 years experience in highways and bridge construction, out of which 7 years should be spent on site in the contract administration and construction supervision of similar scope or major highways and bridges.
