入籍法C6参议院二读过了吗?

你的4年时间里有没有含去其他国短暂出差或者休假时间？

我来加5年里基本回国和他国的时间应该不超过1年，没有仔细算

But if you stay in China for very long time, they may suspect your intention to stay in Canada

我今天问了入籍的朋友，说没有签intent to stay的文件，在递交application时有个check box好像？

我的问题是：你计算是否满足4年时间时，有没有扣除在加拿大以外的短暂出差或休假时间，比如去美国出差一周时间，回国度假2周时间，是否应该扣除这些短暂离开加拿大的时间？

应该会在三月初继续committee meeting，后面的日程表还没有出来。下周参议院休会。这个环节最后一项是clause by clause consideration ，日程表里出现这个就差不多了。多数的witness 都是支持c6的，当然也有反对的。
