Nevertheless, in the interest of fairness and program integrity, our policy is to process applications in the order in which they are received. Our records indicate that your APR was received at the Canadian visa office in Hong Kong in November 2007, and is actively being processed. Currently, 80% of applications in this category at the visa office in Hong Kong are finalized in approximately 5 - 8 months from the date of receipt of the completed application. As soon as visa officers have completed reviewing you application, you will be notified if additional information, documentation, or an interview is required.
