Should Beijing and Washington fail to agree on a permanent solution by March 1, President Donald Trump has said he will reinforce punitive tariffs.
The White House tells CNBC that "the teams remain in touch in preparation for high level talks with Vice Premier Liu He at the end of this month."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday that it will pursue the extradition of Huawei Technologies Co Ltd’s [HWT.UL] chief financial officer, arrested in Canada in December on allegations that she participated in a conspiracy to defraud banks.

Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou faces accusations in the United States that she misrepresented her company’s links to a firm that tried to sell equipment to Iran despite sanctions.

The U.S. statement came the day after a report that Canada’s ambassador to the United States said the Canadian government was told that Washington planned to proceed. The ambassador, David MacNaughton, told The Globe and Mail on Monday that he had voiced Canadian resentment about the dispute that ended in Meng’s arrest. China later detained two Canadians and imposed the death penalty on a third.

“We will continue to pursue the extradition of defendant Ms. Meng Wanzhou, and will meet all deadlines set by the U.S./Canada Extradition Treaty,” Marc Raimondi, a spokesman for the U.S. Department of Justice, said in a statement.
“We greatly appreciate Canada’s continuing support of our mutual efforts to enforce the rule of law.”

从米国正式提出正式引渡申请，到加拿大司法部长决定进不进行引渡听证有30天的期限，如果进行引渡听证，那还不知要花多长时间，才能真正做出引渡决定。孟女有得是钱，有最好的律师团队为她辩护。孟女不是还计划趁机在温哥华读个博士呢吗？说明，以下几年，恐怕她会呆在温哥华。

所以，兲朝给加拿大上夹板，一时半时，不会松掉，再加大施压力度，也有可能，做好心理准备吧。

梦姐的母校你不懂，那你的校友大大获得的“清华大学人文社会学院马克思主义理论与思想政治教育专业博士”，你总该知道一些吧。

强东读的是类似博士班（博士班项目，纯粹赚学员钱的。本科，都是政府学校贴钱的。），不是博士学位，博士的资格考试，他考过吗？他答辩了吗？他写了上百页的博士论文？显然，他没有。
孟小姐，也可以读经济博士班，她不大可能读正规博士，首先博士资格考试就有可能过不了关。如果引渡到美国后呆N年，就算读大学，也只有普通大学on-line课程可供选择，UBC，不会接受这类学生的。
