没错从今年 7月开始的新变化：
只要： 1， 5444表，附加表5455 ， 2， 照片2张， 3， ID证件复印件（ 护照主页， 和枫叶卡， 或驾照）， 4. 申请费的收据。5. 所交文件清单。
但仍然要交出枫叶卡原件，
过去要交的 NOA， 出入境章翻译， 整本护照复印件， 等都不需要了。
不过最近我在帮我父母更新枫叶卡，跟老人说了变化， 老爷子仍然说都交了吧， 免得万一麻烦。

application package includes the instruction guide and all the forms you need to fill out.
Use the guide to help you fill out the forms properly. If your application is
incomplete or
missing information, we will return it to you.
We cannot refund the fee to process your form. Make sure that you are
eligible before you apply.
Include these documents when you apply:
- your PR card
- If you are applying to renew your card, keep your current card and include a photocopy of it with your application.
- If you are applying to replace a card because it is damaged or the information on it is wrong, send the card with your application.
- a copy of:
- your valid passport or travel document, or
- a copy of the passport or travel document you held at the time you became a permanent resident
Photocopies must be clear or we will send your application back to you.
