关于zoning的使用,就是土地的用途,我们社区告市政府在安省市政委员会挂号三年了,还没有开始听证,效率实在太低。
这个地点的土地规划是在45年里是非常奇怪地逆流而行,一方面城市不断扩大,一方面这里的土地用途却从商业逐步转向重工业,完全不顾周围居民和商业用户的利益。长话短说,在沥青厂租用这块地时,这里的zoning是M3,以前是M2, 现在试图改成重工业。
