本人现在要换全部的门和窗，询了几家华人的店，总觉得心里没底，人人号称自己是最好的，到底什么才是最好的呢，咱们还是要看看历史记录。我做了一些小研究之后，发现BBB这个网站非常好，能看到生意是哪年开始做的，也能看到有什么投诉，投诉最终是解决了还是没有解决。
我按三个标准选了一些商家，
1. 是在BBB上完全没有投诉。你想啊，买家有问题，第一时间肯定是直接联系商家解决，商家不给解决了，才会上网投诉，所以有没有网上投诉是非常重要的指标。
2. 是做这行的时间越长越好。
3. 是商家离自己住的地方不要太远，报价、安装、以后的上门服务都会方便。
