申请公民填写表格遇到若干问题，求助？

1.RT，除了枫叶卡还要这个是什么呢？记得以前没拿到卡之前有个登录纸，现在找不到了呢。
2.申请只能寄给package，没online的application么？
3. 全部给复印件就可以吗？
4.能在名字前面加入英文名字么？看帖子有人这样过的。
5. 我3年内就满足了申请条件，但是说要4年住满那么多天，我的申请时间填写2011还是2012呢？
6. 父亲是继父，选哪个natural还是adoptive，好像都不对啊？
7. 父母一方钱包被偷丢了citizenship的卡，没法填写number怎么办？因为懒惰一直没去申请，叹气。
8.孩子出生证明怎么办呢？
9. 哪儿有照相馆呢？我都没见过有照相馆，可能是住太偏远了吧。

移民纸不是入关就收走了么，然后寄给了我们枫叶卡？我有枫叶卡啊。

移民纸是入关收走一联，留给你一联。你这联应该在你申请SIN卡时也用过。

记得我申请SIN卡，那个办事的华人女士，再三强调要我好好保管landing paper，说入籍时需要。

好好找找，不应该把这些文件丢掉。

翻翻你的原始护照，一般都是订在签证那一页上的，那张纸不能丢。

楼上说的对，当初登录入关时给你的移民纸是折好订在护照上的，它可是非常重要的。

不能乱加英文名,

只能用Legal名,

很多国人因名字拼音一样, 比如WANG XIAO PING, 要求打指模, 等审查, 很久才拿到笔试通知.

request for a different name to appear on the certificate 所以想起以前看过人家说申请公民时候可以趁机加入英文名字。

不能改名。必须交钱申请。各省申请方法不同：

先改名再申请公民吧，要不将来要改公民卡上的名字又得申请一回，起码得等7个月。

先改名再申请公民吧，要不将来要改公民卡上的名字又得申请一回，起码得等7个月。
