比方说去年同期房价是100万，今年7月涨了30%到130万，8月跌到115万，虽然均价环比大跌了15万，但同比去年还是上涨了15%，虽然在跌势中，但地产文章会说是“劲升15%”。

几百万的房地产市场跟本地工薪族有屁的关系啊，按照温哥华的工资，中产家庭差不多一百万房子到顶了。哭的是投机者和经纪，本地老百姓老老实实上班买自住房子的，就是跌，损失也不大。

什么浪潮？本地人的支撑力就这么点，掀不起浪潮。浪潮都是中国人外加一些港台人士掀起来的。现在国内已经铺天盖地温哥华房地产崩盘的新闻。不管是真是假，起码吓跑了一堆土豪。世界那么大，人家有的是地方去。加上美元升值。基本都往美国跑了。温哥华的房地产神话，也差不多到头了。
