"我的预测:大温哥华平均房价
2012年6月 比 2011年6月：跌 10%
2012年12月 比 2011年12月：跌 15% "


结果呢是: 大温 2011.6月价: $610310
2012.6月价: $620600 涨1.7%

其实真正买房的人，去市场上看的人，心里最清楚，房价到底如何。空军的愿望是好的，可事与愿违的概率远比随心所欲的概率要高。暂且把看多房价的人称为陆军吧。

Haha GF 从一开始预测的都是独立屋均价。 大温各种屋型的均价是分开算的。 大多不是也如此吗? 马龍版主好好看看大温独立屋均价是怎么跌的吧。 GF 现在正要出门聚会，等回来再好好看看独立屋均价到底跌了多少。看来汤姆叔叔预测差距太大，隐居起来了? 呵呵
GF 还有做更深入的2012房价预测比赛， 可惜马龍好像没有参加。。
GF 年底会回来算算预测结果的。

GF 是狡赖了, 当是咋不说是独立屋,现在说没用, 白纸黑字呀..

再说了, 房子只说一种类型是以偏概全,以少压倒多, 没用的.

要论就论总体和平均, 你只逮一个说大跌50%的话, 别人逮一个大涨50%的也一样, 没用的, 不算数地..

马龙，你是专业人士，何必和那些不自量力的炒房客为伍呢。
我相信，你有足够的现金，渡过这一轮谷底，等待下一步波峰到来。
那些穷凶极恶出言不逊的，都是些实力不济炒房的，因为他们知道，他们挺不过这一个下跌的周期了。
其实，等这些人挺不住出手了，你又可以抄底了，呵呵。

叹， 连均价和指标价都搞不清。 这帖子低于值得GF 花时间心思来回复的标准。 GF 在明年一月初会做个预测结果review. 同时在一月初作出2013预测。欢迎大家参与预测竞赛。

马龙这种，其实才是炒房客的敌人。
为什么这么说呢，作为一个高薪的专业人士，他有足够的现金流对抗市场价格的波动，"炒房炒成房东“，对他不算什么问题。大不了不卖就是了。
等那些不自量力的炒房客挺不住了，被迫割肉的时候，马龙就可以抄底了。
