是不是读一年的牙医助理后，才能再读洗牙师？
不是。已经是牙助的，工作满一定小时数以后可以读一个专门给牙助的洗牙师课程，比常规的课程短一些，有些学分可以转。但没有牙助背景的也可以从头读洗牙师
现在洗牙师工作还没牙助好找

TOEFL Internet-based (scores valid for one year)
Reading, Writing and Listening component scores must total a
minimum of 60; minimum Speaking component score of 26.
OR
IELTS Academic Module (scores valid for one year)
Overall score of 6.5 or higher with no band score less than 6.0 and
a minimum score of 7.0 on the Speaking band

目前应该不用排
英文要求不低而已。。。
Program Specific
1) Grade 12 graduation, GED or equivalent 2) Either Biology 11 or Biology 12 (human biology recommended), OR VCC Basic Medical Terminology Course (MEDC 1010) with a C+ or better
3) Proof of English Language Proficiency which includes a Canadian Language Benchmark of Listening 7, Speaking 7, Reading 8, and Writing 8
OR graduate of the VCC Dental Reception Coordinator program within the last 5 years
4) Criminal Record Search
In accordance to the Criminal Records Review Act, all individuals who work with vulnerable adults and/or children must complete a Criminal Records Check through the Ministry of Public Safety and the Solicitor General. Access http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/criminal-records-review/apply/index.htm to complete the review request. The Criminal Record Form, with payment (no personal cheques), need to be sent directly to the Solicitor General’s Office.
The Criminal Record Check Form will ask for the Organization Name: Vancouver Community College and the Organization Contact Name - Fiona McComb, Registrar's Office, ID Number 937836 for Dental, BScN, Tutoring ESOL programs and Kathy Andreatta, Registrar's Office, ID Number 113043 for all other VCC programs.
Ensure you use your legal name and that you have applied at VCC under the same name.
The College of Dental Surgeons of BC may not register or license any individual who has been convicted of an indictable offense.
All requests for transfer credits or course exemptions for all courses in the program must be submitted with application. See the Request for Transfer Credit (PDF) form.
Upon Acceptance:
5) Proof of a negative TB skin test or chest xray. For important information, please review the School of Health Sciences Health Requirements.
Seats are offered to applicants who have met all admission requirements, on a first-qualified, first-served basis
Recommended characteristics
- Attend to detail, works accurately and neatly, and manage time effectively- Communicate effectively with people of all ages and from all walks of life
- Take initiative and handle responsibility
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination
- Interest in and empathy with people

- Respectful of and attentive to the ways in which others prefer to organize and execute their work
- Recent observation in a dental office
