请问谁知道买期房什么时候做land register?是在买房的时候还是在交房的时候呢？


因为据说官方认可的买房的时间是the date of registration in the land register. 我有些看不懂

it should be the moment when you sign your sales deed. in fact, the notary will publish your deed in the land register a little bit later if he has no facility to publish electronically. so probably after two days or three days from the publication day if your deed is mailed to the land register and one day if in an electronical way. but anyway, the notary will keep the money of the buyer until he or she is 100 percent sure that your deed is published duely and legally.

it has nothing to with your delivery day.
