The following clauses pertain to the promotion applicable to people who subscribe to a transit pass
Applicability of the Promotion
at the regular fare no later than September 10, 2012 on the AMT’s website, in the framework of the OPUS+ subscription program:
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary and except in the event of failure to comply with the requirements of the subscription contract of the pass holder or customer, subscribers will benefit from a one-month payment holiday (one free month) for the 11th consecutive month following a subscription period of 10 consecutive months for a regular fare transit pass (continuous) ( additional free pass ), in addition to the 12th free month provided for in the subscription contract.
Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
The additional free pass only applies once, that is to say only for the first year of subscription.
The promotion applies to new subscribers only.
All other terms and conditions of the OPUS+ subscription contract not modified by the present clause continue to apply with the necessary adjustments.
