只要不是undue damage caused by wilful or negligent conduct,你是不需要付这些赔偿的。正常维修维护是法律规定房东必须做的,不可以要求房客赔偿。就算是以后有了争议需要上 Landlord and Tenant Board,也是房东需要证明你是故意损坏而不是正常磨损。
