忽然想起来，你指的是退税的事吧，他没缴税，自然不会有CRA退税，这里的退税是指工资中多交的部分。
现金收入，又属于低收入，只能拿到省退税，这就是我说的"消费税”。

我有多家朋友开饭店和酒吧，比较熟悉这些打工的区别。

Basic vacation entitlement
The entitlement to vacations and vacation pay are intended to ensure that employees annually have a rest from work without loss of income.
The basic entitlement to annual vacations is as follows:
• 2 weeks after each of the first 4 years of employment, and
• 3 weeks after 5 consecutive years of employment and each year of employment after that.
Therefore, employees are entitled to take two weeks’ vacation in each year from the second to the fifth year of employment, and each year after the fifth anniversary they are entitled to three weeks’ paid vacation.
Note: Employees are entitled to both vacation time and vacation pay.

(b) after 5 consecutive years of employment, at least 6% of the employee's total wages during the year of employment entitling the employee to the vacation pay.

(2) Vacation pay must be paid to an employee

(a) at least 7 days before the beginning of the employee's annual vacation, or

(b) on the employee's scheduled paydays, if

(i) agreed in writing by the employer and the employee, or

(ii) provided by the collective agreement.

(3) Any vacation pay an employee is entitled to when the employment terminates must be paid to the employee at the time set by section 18 for paying wages.

确实是，孩子现在打工主要是为了接触社会 增加经验，工资神马的都是其次，没必要为了那块儿八毛的纠结，等孩子几年后回头看，这段打工的经验 远比那10刀／小时 还是11刀／小时 来得有价值

这可真的不一样，我儿子做过不同类型的志愿者，社区服务、大学社团、工程公司等，但是，感觉影响最大的还是在公司，找工作时被看成实际工作经验。

是的，中餐馆这样做被人告的可能性不小，现在罚的也厉害了，很多不敢了

餐馆打工能积累个屁股经验，顶多就是让他了解一下底层的工作有多辛苦罢了。

拿支票还是拿现金，这是你的选择，和人家老板有什么关系，对餐厅老板来说都是一样的，他又不多出一分钱的。还有人建议去告老板，真是吃饱了撑的。

本人就投资有个餐厅，时薪10.85，节假日1.5倍工资，小费大家分。但本人绝对不建议轻易入行餐饮业，这活太苦。有这份力气干点别的什么不好。
