魁北克技术移民登录外省

请问高人：

获得魁北克技术移民visa的新移民可以直接登录其它省份吗？或者登录魁省1-3个月之后转出的安全性有多高？
一只查找不到官网上的说法，google上说法云云不一....真是着急！

请高人赐教！

不要登录外省，就算在外省登录，手上留着去魁省的火车票或者飞机票，以防万一。

有认识的魁省留学生转移民后去安省工作，更新枫叶卡被拒，申诉以后，被驳回并告知：如果不在魁省居住，无法更新枫叶卡，并将无法入籍。去年只能老老实实住到了加蒂诺，在渥太华找了份政府工。

别忘了，别说承若，协议，就连法律，法规，任何违宪的条条款款无任何法律意义，法律价值为：零。这就是为何没有一个省政府的移民项目，移民在落地后，到其它省份，而没有任何的诉讼。因为，大家心知肚明：那些承若本身就是违宪。（吓唬人的玩意）

但至于楼上说认识的留学生转移民不住在QC续绿卡被拒就不清楚了，至少没有大面积的报道出来。我只知道很多省份的留学生PNP都要签居住意向，比如MB，里面有规定拿到身份后必须住多久。可能和这个有关。

反正我不担心，数据说90%以上的魁投魁移登陆后都会搬到其他地方。这么多年下来十几万人应该有吧。先不说违宪不违宪，加拿大政府本来就懒政，而且对魁瓜的事情更是不想理不想管。退一万步就算什么时候想要秋后算账，有这么多人一起怕什么

我知道的魁投，加蒂诺拿好卡就走了，你说的住俩月算是比较给面子的了。魁投基本上9成以上都在温哥华，大家都不是傻子。

啊，我魁省留学生毕业后转去外省还被拒绝更换枫叶卡？那开来我这靠技术移民的也不怎么牢靠啊！感激回复！

请问高人， 按照您的经验与分析，是不是最好在魁省待够1-3个月在转移比较稳妥？我也不好节外生枝，但是呆久了积蓄没了剩就会有新的担忧.....谢谢！

我的建议是去魁省呆几个月，一来履行一下做过的承诺，而来方便登录办一些手续，比如枫叶卡健康卡啥的。
前移民部长康尼曾经说过想起诉那些登陆了就闪人的魁投，说他们欺诈，但是由于宪法的关系很难起诉他们，只能气得牙痒痒的。从法律角度来讲，你可以登陆就闪人，即使有机构challenge你也决计告不赢你。但我觉得从诚信方面来讲最好来呆一段时间，说不定你会发现这边有吸引你的地方。
肥康算比较鹰派的移民部长了，他当时对魁投们说，你们登陆完了至少来住一段时间，看看是不是喜欢，如果实在不合适再走，移民部也不会追究。这也符合当时我们做出的承诺：我们INTEND住在魁北克。这不代表一辈子绑死在魁省，你有后来改变主意的权利。

对，差不多就是这个意思。我们去到QC那几个月里也没闲着，该办什么办什么，太阳卡，移民语言班，驾照考试，看看几个OPEN HOUSE，拿些listing的纸让经济在上面随意写点东西，什么offer deadline之类的，做戏做全套。反正就可以表现出留在QC的意图和愿望，保留好所有证据信件邮件收费单据。万一秋后算账，我住过了啊，你看我都准备买房子考驾照读语言了，但是因为什么什么原因，我无奈改变了主意。
