恭喜恭喜！请问你父母是在加拿大吗？如果 case 转渥太华 是不是 cic 知道申请人在加拿大呢？如果父母在国内 他们的护照怎么寄呢如果渥太华只接受 Canada post inside of North America? 盼回复！谢谢！

他們不在加拿大,我想CIC也知道申請人不在加拿大(因為他們的聯絡地址寫的是原居住地址非我的地址).

另外通報個消息,我昨天特地寫信去問是否一定要用Canada Post,可不可以用UPS prepaid envelope (因為我不知道Canada post哪天又要開始罷工了,那不就耽誤了寄回的時間),今天就收到回信說可以

You may send them however you wish and we require one return envelope in order to mail it back to you. If you are still unsure leave the prepaid envelope blank and we can fill out the details ourselves.
