2015 1月13日左右走CANADA POST 快递的材料 毫无消息

至今没有收到任何消息，这是不是不正常啊？我快递后跟踪看到签收了的。但现在太久了，没有TRACKING NUMBER 了。
我从网上填写了一个问询，邮件回复说系统里面没有找到。
We have no record of your application sent to the Case Processing Centre. In order to inform you of the next steps to follow, we need the following information on how you sent your application:

• Type of application,
• Date your application was mailed or received,
• Complete address (including postal code and unit number) where your application was sent to, and
• Mailing method:

o regular mail,

or

o courier,

or

o registered mail.

Upon reception of your information, we will contact you to provide you with further instructions.

但是恼火的是，这个EMAIL 是从"Question-DoNotReply-NePasRepondre" <Question-DoNotReply-NePasRepondre@cic.gc.ca> 发来的，我回复根本就没有用。

怎么办？ 气死人哦。

email去CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, email subject (email主題)寫你的application number.

论坛上这么多明白人憋着不告诉你。你的问题出在cic退件环节，13号递交不会进入5000限额，所以他们也没有扣款。

2015年的话，13日签收是没可能进5000名额的。。。。。。。
加上还没扣钱，哎。。为什么现在才问呢？
明年请早。

我15年5日上午10点邮局投递的，满5000被退，lz的材料不知道去哪里啦??? 要是16年重新申请就好了，好多16年的已经体检结束等毕业啦。
