现在有guelph university 附近的一个townhouse要出租， 总共四间房间，从2014年9月份就可以入住。新房，以前房东自住的，房租从400-500不等，依据房间面积大小。租房合同有8个月，10个月和12个月三种可选。房屋是新整理过的，以前房东自己住。四间房间其中一间是master room，有walk-in closet 和 4-piece bathroom。另外三间是标准的bedroom，有独立的卫生间。
现希望单独出租四间房间，或者整体出租，希望找爱干净，生活习惯好的几个中国学生或者正常上班族来住。离guelph大学走路20分钟，坐公车5分钟。在mall后面，到metro和其他的附近plaza只需5分钟，位置很好，周围环境单纯，基本都是学生。

The house is located at 302 college ave west, which is 5 mins bus-ride from campus, and 20 mins walk distance. Also, only taking 5 mins walk to metro and the stoneroad mall. Really convenient location.
The rooms are quite spacious, and recently renovated. The rental is 400-500/per month, varies according to size of the rooms. Thefour rooms include one big master room with walk-in closet and in-room 4-piece bathroom, three standard bedroom & 3 1/2 bathrooms. Or you can rent the house as a whole unit.
Looking for serious and mature students or young professionals. You can either choose one of the available rooms or take the house as a whole unit. No pets allowed. Party lovers, no no ..... sorry!!
