求助：医疗费停过一段时间随时可以续交上吗

本人因为前期回中国一段时间，当时打电话让MSP部门停掉的每月Care Card的医疗费，现在回到加国是需要重新填表交费还是打电话让医疗部门MSP从银行账户扣款即可呢？如果想申请低收入减免的话从网上直接申请吗？谢谢各位大侠

随时续交估计不行，因为有近三个月的等待期。而低收入减免要求申请前连续12个月居住于BC省。

谢谢， 那为啥我前些年刚登陆时填好表寄出没多久就收到Care Card可以交费了啊，现在已经有卡了还要3个月等候期吗

规定是新居民或重新定居在BC省的居民有一个近三个月的等待期。如果你是在BC省登陆的，通常要等近三个月，Care Card才生效。其它有的省是立即生效的。

原文如下：
New residents or persons re-establishing residence in B.C. are eligible for coverage after completing a wait period that normally consists of the balance of the month of arrival plus two months.

谢谢，还有一问， 我原先有段时间不在加国打电话给MSP停掉一段时间care card费，后来去年上半年又回来加拿大居住，但是忘记重新cover我的 care card，现在今年填表重新申请cover医疗卡，有一栏要填进入加拿大时间，但今年暑假回国两个月，是填去年上半年开始进来居住的时间还是填最近回来的时间啊，实在搞不懂了

填去年进入的时间。对于公民和永久居民，从2013年1月1日起，MSP允许一年之内以度假为目的的，离开BC省累计达7个月。（但我觉得最好不要超过6个月，否则满足不了BC居民的条件。所以我不是太理解该规定。）

• is a citizen of Canada or is lawfully admitted to Canada for permanent residence,
• makes his or her home in B.C., and

谢谢！我问MSP部门说医疗卡停掉一段时间费用，想再续的话继续cover原先的卡就行，但要填表申请，表格上又有一栏填进入加国时间，所以弄得我搞不懂填哪个时间，一开始以为填最早登陆加国时间呢，呵呵。后来想应该填重新回来居住的时间才对啊。

请问一下：我现需要继续Cover原来的医疗卡，您说的要填的那个申请表，能不能给个下载的链接啊？我在http://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/health/health-drug-coverage/msp怎么也找不到，我回加已经好几个月了，出去时停掉的卡现在还停着！
