It is totally understandable that employers would like to hire a super man. So they've waited very long time for the super man to emerge. Why not hire education, knowledge and transferable experience enabling those who are able to do the jobs.

It is totally understandable that employers would like to hire supermen.
So they've been waiting for a very long time for them to emerge in the job market.
However, at the same time, why not use those with (overseas but) relevant education background and work experience which is more than enough to have the work done?
