什么情况？？今年UPS 7：36就送到了？

刚才查到的，UPS说7点36就送到了，可是CIC不是8点才开门吗？？他们不会是送错了吧？

更新：刚才打了UPS的客服电话，接线员确认已经签收，并将签字页发给我了。他也不知道为什么CIC会在8点前签收这包裹。
难道今年提前开门了？如果是真的话，今年UPS太牛了，比所有快递都早啊！希望接下来扣款顺利！

I was onsite @ CIC Mississauga Office from 8:00am to 10:00am to gather some information and pictures for my friend who works for CBC.
The information below is just my personal experience. I apologize in advance if I've missed some good companies

Best in no particular orders:
Happy Road Express (www.hr-ex.com)
Deal Made Xpress (www.3xpress.ca)
Metro Mississauga Courier (www.mmcourier.com)

All the three companies made to the first 1000-1500 applications.
There was another courier company there who also made their customers to the first 1000-1500 but I didn't get a chance to talk to them nor get their name.

Worst
Loomis - The driver waited in line and left at 8:25am without delivery. He took all the files with him and took off.


UPS was the first big courier company arrived and was still there waiting when I left.
Fedex arrived at 8:30-40am and was still there waiting when I left.
I didn't see Canada Post nor Purolator before I left.

Hi,
Based on my understanding,the delivered time was the time scanned at UPS shipping conveyor, Not the time received by the Immigration center.

The actual delivered time should be around 12:00PM.

Should not be an issue.

If ADUSEI is not the CIC person, he/she is not eligible to sign the package. It's a fraud.

However, it just means the package left UBS Mississauga location for delivery.

When i checked on 10:00 am today, it also says estimate arrival time is 10:30 am, now it changed to "Please check back later."

I will keep checking today

The "Proof of Delivery" singed by ADUSEI is sufficient unless it is a fraud.

But i think the probability of UPS fraud is unlikely.

Just called UPS. The call center guy confirmed my package was delivered and ADUSEI signed the package at CIC.
