以俺超速10并且从警车前飞过的经验，应该超15会被记录吧。

因为任何一个产品或者市政法规不能违反美国宪法和各州的法律啊，比如保护隐私的法律等等。
还有就是罚款需要有证据，举证的程序和证据不能违法取得啊

各州陆续都撤了，即使没撤，碰到认真维权战斗到底的人，也是无款可罚反倒浪费了市政执法人员的工资人力物力成本

我倒是奇怪为什么加拿大没有人站出来FIGHT，好像前几年WALTERLOO有个华人战斗到底迫使政府修改了一些规定，然后现在规定更完善了更难ARGUE
