我老公10月1 日收到的加拿大移民局寄来的担保通过信件，里面的client num就是file number 吗？我问律师怎么1个月了还没not available 状态变ip，怎么也没fn ， 他说我们收到的信就有appliccation num。我糊涂了

client number是担保人递交申请时，建档的一个号码，是用xxxx-xxxx这样的8位数字格式组成，查询与收据NUMBER是一个效果。都是查担保人的。

FN是材料转往北京或者香港的时候，在这边建档的一个档案号，是直接给申请人的，用这个号码，北京的可以在CIC和北京的中文网上同时查进度，香港的就只能在CIC上查

明白了， 看来这个律师真的unorganized，我老公老说他后悔找了个中国律师来办理。请问过一个月了，香港还没开始着手我的case， 我想写email 询问了，不懂怎么写才合适？谢谢

I'm writing to request about some information about our application of immigration.My sponsor's name is ...,born on .... in Korean, Republic of.His client number is .....My name is ....,born ..... in China.
We got our letter of the sponsorship on Oct.1st .Then we have checked our appliacation status twice a week,only to find nothing about the change of our application status.We know the processing time is 3-7months.But we still feel so worried .We do hope to spend the christmas together this year in Canada.And i have learned that a lot of applicants got their file number 12--20 days after they got their letter of the status of sponsership from CIC.We feel worried why it takes so long for us .Because there is no mail box in the building where i live. i'm afraid maybe you have sent me the letter but i fail to get it .
I would be very grateful if you can consider my inquiry and give me a favorable reply at your earliest convenience.

有中介，一般FN信寄中介。

I revised some for your information. Just be simple and straight. Don't make VO feel they waste time and don't know what you are inquiring. 一般等一个月较好。一般1个月后可以查询。

找律师就是个失误，我已经是一个严重的受害者了

你才一个月，我足足三个月才给交上去。中间还因为表格给我们漏填还被退料呢，耽误又2个月，现在又被面试，唉

所以既然知道家园了TZ，就不要再去找什么律师了，耽误大事啊！！

是啊 我6月寄出材料，结果他们整理我老公担保人材料遗漏这个遗漏那个，他们弄到8月31才寄出材料，而且后来我发现问卷中好几个错处，我发给他3个email 问他要怎么办，他回信总是回避，答非所问。填写那个表格应该先给我们校对一下嘛! 现在还得等面试信来了，发email给大使馆更正的吧。

可以申请中止律师的，也可以跟使馆申请更换地址

如果楼主是香港case的话,请耐心等待...
这里一般是北京的case,时间方面和香港的不同,不能作为标准.
