Our Binbrook Heights VIP Townhome Grand Opening is finally here! We have placed the numbered signs in our parking lot, located at 2520 RR 56, Unit C, Binbrook, Ontario, L0R 1C0 (
https://goo.gl/maps/AnMpyWnxgqG2) and you are welcome to come up and park your car at any time. Please stay in your vehicle until you are instructed to come inside. To prevent anyone from having to spend the night in their vehicle, we will begin taking reservations at 9:00pm this evening and someone will be available in our New Home Sales Centre until 5:00pm tomorrow.
The lots listed below will be available for purchase and pricing is now live on our website at
www.homesbyjbr.com/pricing/. All information will also be posted on the front window of the Sales Centre.
Available Inventory Towns: Lot 36, 38 and 43
Available Pre-Construction Towns: 25 to 32
Closing dates for these units will range from July of 2017 to October of 2017, depending on the unit selected and will be provided to you at signing.
FOR ANYONE THAT MISSES OUT ON A UNIT IN THIS OPENING, WE WILL STILL BE TAKING NAMES IN THE ORDER THAT YOU ARRIVE, FOR FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL ON A TOWNHOME IN OUR NEXT RELEASE THIS SPRING. PRICING HAS NOT YET BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE NEXT RELEASE. FOLLOWING OUR INITIAL RUSH OF CUSTOMERS, THE NUMBERED SIGNS WILL BE REMOVED AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME INSIDE AS YOU ARRIVE.
A reminder that this event is only to reserve your lot. Your signing appointment will be provided to you for a predetermined time between April 3rd and April 7th, 2017. These predetermined time slots are firm and may not be re-scheduled. Anyone not showing up for their appointment will lose their reservation.
What is involved to secure my lot?
At this time, numbers have be placed along the front of our building at 2520 RR 56, Binbrook, Ontario, L0R 1C0 (
https://goo.gl/maps/AnMpyWnxgqG2). In order to secure your spot, you must pull your car into the lowest available number (#1 being the first choice of lot), which will determine the selection order of units. You must remain in your car at all times and roll call may be taken periodically to ensure that everyone is present. Only one purchase per person will be permitted, along with only one purchase per parking spot. Therefore if a family member or friend is also looking to reserve a lot, they must wait in a separate vehicle, as this will help keep everything fair and give those waiting a true idea of where they stand in line. When we open, you will be invited inside one by one to sign your reservation paperwork and will also be given your appointment time to sign your purchase agreement. As mentioned above, these appointment times will take place during the week of April 3rd to April 7th during predetermined time slots and may not be rescheduled. If you miss your appointment, you will lose your reservation and your deposit cheques will be returned to you.
If you arrive and the number of people waiting indicate that all units are spoken for, you are still welcome to wait, as this will determine the selection order for any units that fall through and for our next townhome release later this spring.
What am I required to bring in order to secure my lot?
In order to secure your lot, a piece of photo identification and your post-dated cheques for the full deposit amount ($30,000 total over three payments of $10,000) are required; payable to John Bruce Robinson Construction Limited. No exceptions will be made and you will be unable to reserve a lot if you cannot produce these items when you attend our Grand Opening.
