MSHZ International is a fast growing team looking for ambitious reliable administrative assistant/ bookkeeper.We are located near Markham RD and 401 (Beside Sentential College) is looking for Office Assistant-Bookkeeper to join our organization immediately.
This is a great job opportunity, and Full Time Position.
Responsibilities include:
•
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (including collection)
•
Monthly Bank Reconciliations, Monthly Journal Entries
•
Payroll Administration (Quickbooks payroll) and reconciliation, T4's, Record of Employment
•
Remitting corporation tax instalments
•
Yearend preparation (including inventory) for external accountant
•
Resolve discrepancies with shipping on customer dispute portals
•
Other accounting related duties, as required
•
Other job duties as assigned
•
Assist with special projects and other support as required
POSITION: Book Keeper-Office Assistant.
SHIFT: Day shift (Monday to Friday) - 8:55 AM to 5:00 PM
DURATION: Permanent Full Time Hrs
LOCATION: Scarborough, ON.
SALARY: 30,000 a Year (The salary for this position is dependent on the qualifications of the successful applicant.)

Basic Qualifications
•
Able to read and take direction in English
•
Authorized to work in the Canada.

MUST be proficient in QuickBooks
•
Minimum 1-3 years previous experience in a bookkeeping support role
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
•
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word,)
•
Ability to work in a highly organized manner with attention to detail and accuracy
•
Adaptable and flexible
•
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet self-motivated, and also able to work under minimal supervision
