Ms. Liu Ying's mathematical background is really striking. I often hear her name mentioned by my college professors. I finally get familiar with her in one course: Computer Architecture. Ms. Liu Ying always brought up original ideas. I can clearly see, much of her creativity came from academic journals.
As to English ability, I would like to tell you that her oral expression is the best in her class. Her writing is also one of the best. I think she would have no problem in her graduate study in your University.
