If you have lost one of the following documents: Passport with Valid Visa, Permanent Resident Card (Maple Leaf Card), Study Permit, Work Permit, or other document issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, please send an email to our office with the following information:
-Full name as appears on the passport
-Passport number (if applicable)
-Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
-Any numbers from the lost document (i.e. Permanent Resident Card Number, Study Permit Number)
-Former file number when application was processed (starts with letter + 9 numbers)
-Which mission processed the application (e.g. Hong Kong, Beijing etc.)
-A list of all documents that were lost
-Please explain the details of the loss. If documents were stolen, please provide a copy of the police report.
Most importantly, please provide clear contact information: telephone, fax and email address.

If you do not have a Permanent Resident Card, and wish to return to Canada, you must apply for a Travel Document for Permanent Residents and may do so at our office.

1) We are open to the public for in-person submission of Temporary Resident Visa, Study Permit, Travel Document and Temporary Worker applications on Monday to Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., except public holidays. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary.

2) We are open to people invited to collect Permanent Resident Visas (Principal Applicant only) during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday 01:15 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.

3) We are open to couriers for deliveries during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday 02:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Please note that our office will be closed:
- On regular Public Holidays and
