我去年因为拿不到前夫的同意女儿跟我移民的签字，没办女儿的申请，自己先申请了。今年开始办女儿的签字。在整个过程中，一直在寻找几个声明的格式。想必也有不少类似经历的人，我贴出来，大家共享。

今天我老公往加拿大移民部打电话咨询公正时效的问题，对方说所有公正都是一年有效期 他们还说要不你先寄来，不行再补，真不知道怎么办了

我 还是 明确的 认定 只有 无刑 只有 一年 有效期

出生 公证 等 是永久 有效的 。 这个东西 是 不会变的 干嘛要 重新 公证？CIC有病？？
