it is ok to print it by yourself. but you have to attach the checklist they provide as well.

who says the original checklist MUST be attached as well?

i said that because i saw that on the form 3 days ago from canadian immigration bureau's website. i will try to copy their words and paste it here. i am pretty sure that they said that.
on page A-1, the second sentence: " check each applicable item on the checklist AND ATTACH THE CHECKLIST TO YOUR DOCUMENTS (a paper clip will do).".
now you should believe what i said, right?
for visa application, you need to visit both that country's chinese embasay's website as well as its own immigration bureau's website. and better read in english. that way you are more likely to succeed.

seems you'r quite an expert here. how long have you been diving before?

i came here only 3 days ago after i checked the information about migration to canada. i remember the policies after i read them. many people here don't do that at all. they don't even check the information.

not everyone likes reading the tidious government documents, especially in english. please forgive them.

that is their business. not mine. if they really concern about their future, they should do their best. it is nothing to do with if they like it or not. they themselve choose to do this. no one forces them to do so, right? (that is my theory to myself.)
