上个月从屋主自卖手中买的房子, 搬进后听邻居说此房以前种过大麻, 再找原房主, 居然说该房以前出租, 和他没关系, 极度气愤, 老婆想把房子赶紧卖了, 实在不知怎么办, 准备打官司, 请有经验地同胞指点!

这还真是个大事。 这还真是个大事。也是为什么要找经纪人,而且可靠的经纪人买房的原因。
据说,房子种过大麻后,这个房子基本上就废了。

室内种植大麻,需要营造特殊的生长环境,温度湿度等等,都有一定的要求,才能成长成材.后果是,滋生大量的霉菌类,严重的话,整栋屋子要报废.
另外,楼主是否先请人来验验房,先确定是不是真的,再做决定,遇这事情,别盲目.
电线问题最大?有没搞错啊!种大麻的绝对是偷电,大麻最适合在热带生长,所以要用灯光模拟强日光,每月电费好几千块,电流极大,怎么可能用普通家用电线?种大麻的想必也担心房屋自燃而前功尽弃吧?所以肯定是自接的电线。
种大麻不仅需要强光,还需要通风,给水系统,据说光给水系统就要10万加币以上,可见设备之庞大。为安置这些设备,必然要对房屋结构大肆破坏,再加上超高的热度和湿度,保温棉和木结构很容易发霉,结构性能变差,保温性能下降是肯定的。
但是,如果大麻屋比周围类似的房屋便宜6万块以上,不一定不值得买。关键是多少钱买回来的。

* Homes that do not appear to be lived in (may have little or no furniture in the main living areas) but have occasional visitors (1 or 2 times weekly) at unusual hours
* Homes that are lived in but that never have lights in the majority of basement windows
* Windows (particularly basements) that are always dark, boarded up or otherwise blacked out
* Condensation on darkened or blacked-out windows
* "Skunk" smell in the air, often at the same time each day/night
* Humming noise or motorized fan-like noises
* Discarded potting soil, small plastic "bedding" plant type pots, 1 gallon plastic pots
* Scraps of heavy black plastic, 4" & 6" dryer hose, cut pieces of garden hose.
* Rental Accommodations A majority of marihuana growers use and abuse a rental property to conduct their business, to avoid damage to their own property.
* Lack of garbage On garbage day there may not be any garbage put out to the curbside weekly, since there may be no one actually living at the residence.
* Late Night Moving Van Many of these grow operations are set up in the early hours of the morning. Look for new neighbours that pop up overnight.
* Bright Lights High intensity (1,000 watt) bulbs are used by these growers to accelerate the growth of their plants. Sometimes these growers get careless, exposing the bright lights to the street/hallway. The color of this light is brighter than the lights in a normal residence, and they emit a color similar to natural sunlight.
* Sounds of Dripping Water from hoses and watering systems may be heard dripping or running from neighbouring units (in multi-unit buildings).
* Sounds of Construction If there are constant renovations occurring immediately when people move in (sounds of banging and drilling) to a residence that wouldn't need many upgrades.

3.所有的做完了,再请政府相关人员检查,通过了,他们会发给你居住许可证.
4.如果是银行贷款,这时才有银行给你钱.
全部下来,25,000-40,000都有可能.
建议:
1,先住进去,边打官司边上班,花上三五年,
2,全部修理好,卖了,但要说实话,.不然,会和你的卖主一样,有吃官司的危险.
3,太相信别人不好,但是过于相信自己也不好,有麻烦了不知道找谁.以后做什么活,最好找有执招的人,他们有这个,也就意味着,他们是要负法律上的责任的.
