i sent my application for sponsor my parents here in jan 2007, and i sent another application for sponsor my parents-in-laws this august, 2008. my first application is not processed yet, and now i feel confused that how many people should be included in the application for my parents now for the financial evaluation. it should include my parents-in-laws or not.
does the low income cut-off line increase every year? is it fair that our income is not 100% to be increased? and the government works so slow that i don't even know what they are doing now. it takes couples of weeks to process a few days' cases.
they all say the government will speed up to finish the pending cases. why is it slower than before?
that is what i am thinking. but i phoned CIC this morning in order to get it clear.( after that i am more confused). At the beginning the guy told me parents and parents-in-laws are totally different cases, so you parents-in-law will not affect your parents.but for your in-laws you should add your parents on.
then i asked i had a baby right after i applied the sponsorship for my parents.he said oh then you should write a letter to the processing centre to update your information. then they will take care of it.
i said so i update the information , what is the cut-off line for my appication .is it 5 people(myself, parents, husband, one son) or 6 people(myseld, husband, two sons)?
he said well it will be 6 people, because you have another child. i said what about if i applied another case for my parents-in-laws. he said you should update this information as well to the processing center,
i asked what about the cut-off income then? he said it should be 8 people based on the income cut off.
if my parents-in-laws' case are not affecting my parents' case, it should be 6 people still for the financial evaluation, why iis it 8?
so i am more confused , and i want to ask him more, but because my english is not good enough to understand him , i had to hang up and in the puzzle until my application is processed, by that time, i think i will be more clear about the process, then i can be an good agent for the immigration cases.
