我是车盲，今天与另一个车盲朋友一起去了MONTREAL　AUTOPRIX　专业二手车行花了三个小时搞定了一辆价值为9900元的Chevrolet Venture LS，已签购车协议和落定，明后天就可开回家了。可车行不提供申请牌照和购保险的服务，可怜的英语同样急的我 （真是书到用时方恨少）
请问哪位大虾知道在Montreal如何办理二手车的上牌和购险？？地址都在哪？我找不到北呀。 请告知。跪谢！！

保险，你得打电话给保险公司，看哪个出价比较低，你需要单保还是全保等等。打开电话黄页，翻到insurance那一栏，挨个打过去。或者你上牌时，问一下工作人员，你这种情况的有什么好的保险公司可推荐。

非常谢谢PANDAJ的回复。＋SW了。我还想问你：上牌更名需要买卖双方到场吗？有更名费用吗？实在是两眼抹黑呀。

要交钱的，不必买卖双方到，你到就行。除了registration fee外，你是从dealer处买的吧。那你付钱时，应该只交了7%的税，另外7.5%的税，要交给SAAQ。所以最好带你的支票去。

另外你还要带齐文件。就在我上面给的那个link里，点开Registering a vehicle purchased from an automotive dealer，内容如下，按上面写的带齐。

Registering a Vehicle Purchased from an Automotive Dealer

If you are buying a vehicle from an automotive dealer, go to a SAAQ service outlet with proof of identification, preferably your driver’s licence, and an "Attestation de transaction avec un commerçant" form duly completed by the automotive dealer.

If you do not have a driver’s licence, contact the SAAQ to find out which documents are required.
If you are buying a new vehicle, you must have on hand a form entitled “Description of a new vehicle”.

If you are buying a used vehicle, you must have the prior registration certificate, bearing the signature of the former owner and the automotive dealer.
