[FONT=宋体]1. Consulting Services.
a) Scope of Work. In response to specific requests by the Company, the Consultant will provide the Company with consulting services related to:
i) IT infrastructure and desktop support,
ii) Performance of regular backups of the network data,
iii) Assistance with the transition and data migration from Agile Advantage to Agile 9,
iv) Setup and support of the Citrix server in Vancouver to facilitate remote connection to the Vancouver server,
v) Preparation of an IT handover document detailing all aspects of the Vancouver IT infrastructure to facilitate ongoing support by Prudent IT staff,
vi) any other services reasonably requested by the Company.
b) Hours of Work. Consultant will devote the amount of time necessary to complete the services requested pursuant to this Agreement up to a maximum of 16 hours per week. Consultant[/FONT][FONT=宋体]’s services will be performed at its convenience but the Consultant will be available to respond to the Company during regular business hours, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
a) Consulting Fee. The Company will compensate the Consultant at a rate of CDN $50 per hour. [/FONT]
