我爸爸动过脑手术之后， 其它都比较正常， 就是不能说话了。
请问这样的情况， 就算经济条件合格， 还有帮他移民过来的可能吗？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？总不能欺骗说， 他本来就不能说话的吧。
