We are a boutique investment company located in Downtown Vancouver. We are currently seeking Bilingual Executive Assistant for our new office. This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Compensation is $33,000 per year.
Position Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both talking and typing).
• Minimum 1 years experience in local clerical and administrative field.
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Professional phone manner and internet savy.
• Strong attentions to details and high level organizational skill mandatory.

• Quick learning, team player skills are must.
• Proficient with MS office
• Able to handle multi-tasking and overtime pressure with professional attitude.
• Must have own transportation and must be legally allowed to work in Canada.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide support to management team
Dictation and word processing
Translate written documents (English/Mandarin) and attend meetings as interpreter
• General administrative and clerical support, including receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Set up and clean up of meeting rooms
• Order office/kitchen supplies
