每个大学的GPA算法都略有区别，但如果要报其他大学的话GPA都会按正规GPA算法转换过来。

The difficulty to get an A- is main issue.

Students in some schools in the States are way too easy to get 4.0 GPA, and thus US has funny things like SAT and GED.
