大家好，我是2001年4月初的case，2004年9月收到第二封信，要求补交一些材料，我回信表示若安新法我将撤销申请，不久使馆来信要求确认是否撤销或继续申请程序，回信确认继续申请。结果12月中旬收到使馆的来信，有3张体检表，并要求补交银行证明、相关公正、登陆费、IMM0008等一大堆表、护照等材料。
　　我不知道此次该不该交护照（我从未离开过祖国大陆！）？我一直未被要求考雅思，也未通知面试，这封信也没要求我提交英语测试结果。但是在IMM0008 SCHEDULE3表中有“6.Language Have you taken an approved test to assess your proficiency in English or French?”
若选NO,则“provide evidence of your proficiency in Canada's offical languages”，我该如何添？

since you'r not required to provide IELTS result, maybe you'r exempted for that already. you'd better consult the visa office, but i think it's nothing to worry about.
as for the IMM0008 form, take NO is ok

but winsynt will have to provide proof to show the english ablilities in form IMM0009 SCHEDULE3. therefore winsyent will have to provide something. IELTS test result is easier to get.

I have to inform you, eli, that ielts test is NOT THAT EASY to get for someone of us!!

bark, i studied very hard. that is why my english is so good now. ask how hard those people study english. if they really do like i did, then it is easy to get a good IELTS test result.

anyway people here want to go to an english-speaking country. if their english is not good, that will affect their life in canada. think about that!

to winsynt: i mean most of us (the applicants) are not good at english. that's the truth. so if it's possible to do without it, why trouble taking another test?

to eli: what you said is surely resonable. i agree with you. but the fact is, not everyone of us has the time or energy or external conditions to learn it better. we have to struggle for a living. but you dont, perhaps.

there is not "perhaps". i also worked my butt off for money before. now i am spending all my saving on study.

yes, everyone does have time and energy if you really truely want to do something. just push your self harder and harder. if you are not a determined person, how life will treat you?

i did think the same way when i was at your age. but now i dont.
one's ability is not unlimited. there'r always something that we can not cope with.
