*关于邮件询问移民进度的问题*

大家好!!我是魁投de，香港申请，05年6月3号FN等ME，10月初发过很长的email去随便问一下进度，得到回复：
“Subject: CAU-002 Case Status Enquiries for Federal & Provinical Economic
Class Files

Dear Applicant,

Your immigrant application is in queue for preliminary assessment.
Please check the processing times from consulting our website:
http://www.hongkong.gc.ca.

Due to high volume of applications in process, please cut down your case
enquiries to minimum.”

因为那时候只等了4个多月也就没有怎么打算去理会它了，可到现在已经快8个月了，daniel、老虎他们都说我的进度有点慢，于是在老虎的鼓励下，我昨晚又发了2段email去问问看，结果今早收到了如下回复：
“Subject: CAU-002 Case Status Enquiries for Federal & Provincial Economic

我觉得我眼睛没有什么问题吧，居然是相同的回复，它的那句“in queue for preliminary assessment”的确让人有点恼火，怎么可能8个月还是等待初步评估呢，有2种可能，1:一是我问中介中介说是正常，移民局都是这样的回复无论状态如何他的回复都是一样的；2:另一种可能是的确如他所说的那样，还在等待初步评估!!!

请问一下各位使用过email查进度的朋友能助我确认一下哪一个假设是真的呢？你们有试过是收到这种回复却短时间内有结果吗？我真的百思不得其解这样的移民局真的实在太差劲了，我不嫌他慢，我只求知道真实的状态都这样子！！相信移友们也都有这样觉得吧哎~~~ :wdb14:

我不知道现在香港投递有多快能ME，我们当时可是等了好几年的，你的情况没有什么可以恼火的。但以我后来写MAIL的情况看，一是你写信了好象还是让他们重视CASE，二是他们回给出你正确的状态，不是随便写的。

我也是7月份的，10月份有人找公司了解情况，接着就没有下文了，现在也是等到很心急。

楼主得到的这个回复是系统自动回复的，没任何意义。vo根本没看你的具体内容。我发过一封Email，也得到了系统自动回复的。

你的中介这样承诺了，你应该找中介讨说法。但不知道是否有在120天没有到ME中介有什么补偿呢？

顶多保障不兑现赔偿给你，绝对保障不了你能在120天拿到me，别说中介保障不了你，就是VO也不敢说这样的话。只是这样做保障了中介能拿下你的这宗生意，嘿嘿！

不是说魁省和联邦有协议,七个月一定有消息吗?怎么有很多人超过七个月都没有消息呢????

你可以经常发邮件加FAX,没有得到回复就一再发,他们烦了,自然会给你比较正确的答复

是啊挺烦人的！！还有几个月交的基金就快一年了，得加上一个利息成本了，贷款给私人有10-13厘呢，haha 那就变成12+1.2万cad了！！！！！！

别着急,应该快了,我交的基金是一年零一个月后才体检的,在同一中介,后我一周面试的移友,他递档案到联邦就晚了我几天,到现在也未接到体检,

你目前的情况是在背调，但不是二次背调，背调只有一次，2005.8的是一般的调查。

感觉投资移民这段时间没动静？还是到这的移友太少了？

我有个朋友05年5月10号左右的联邦FN，在一月上旬收到ME，但他的是魁省的投资，你的联邦投资具体操作不知道怎样啊

话外，鉴于电子邮件询问无果，在一众朋友的鼓励下今天下午发出了询问Fax，并开始定时每2星期一封，直到办理完了还发~~haha~~~

Hello! Here’s ???. I am writing this letter to enquire the real status of my immigration application. It has been 9 months since I received the Federal File Number, and I didn’t hear any news from your office. Some of my friends, who applied at the same time as me, have already received the Body Check notification and done it before Chinese New Year. I wrote two enquiry emails to your office before New Year, but the reply did not told the real status. According to my agency, my processing time of this part is much longer than the past average. I do understand there maybe many other applications and cause a delay on the processing time. But I think you should inform me the actual status. My children even lost an opportunity to study in his favorite Canadian university due to this unexpected processing time. So, in order to let me remake a 2006 plan, could you please take a break to inform me the real status and estimated processing time of my application? Your concern is highly appreciated!
