Here is a notice, that you were imposed a penalty due to your failure to file income tax return(s) before January 31, 2012.
Please note, that IRS [Section 6038(b)(1)] rates a monetary penalty to the amount of $10,000 for each [Form 5471] that is filed later than the due date stipulated for filing the income tax return, or does not include the complete and accurate data described in [Section 6038(a)].
No penalty will be imposed provided that the taxpayer proves that the late filing was based on ample grounds.
