[FONT=&quot]The Quality Assurance Associate I reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible to assist in quality improvement projects. This person would need to be a mature professional capable of independent work at times, be a creative individual with excellent trouble shooting skills.

[FONT=&quot]General Description/Responsibilities:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Collect data[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot] Requires the ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Assists with performing internal audits[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Decisions or recommendations consistently result in favourable project results[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Conducts review of batch documentation for accuracy and completeness, [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Documenting deviations and/or failure investigations as appropriate ensuring appropriate closure and dispositions lot.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Will work closely with various departments for following up purpose[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Other on-demand projects may be assigned as needed.

[FONT=&quot]Including Outlook, Excel and Word[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Online advertising knowledge is an asset[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset
